Excused Absences/Notes

Student Absences:

If a child is absent, you can send a written note explaining the absence. You may also call the school office at (909) 820-7904. Illness or injury, a doctor or dental appointment, attendance at funeral of immediate family member, or a medical quarantine are the only acceptable "excused absences" identified in the Education Code. If a note is not received, the teacher of office staff will call to verify the absence. We encourage you to try and schedule your child's doctor or dental appointments around school hours.
